Full Steam Ahead

With the season at just about the halfway mark and only 9 couples remaining (out of 16), I still can't quite believe that my team is still clinging to the number one spot. And by clinging I really do mean clinging as I only have a 1 point lead. However, with 4 out of 5 team members still in the game and CT leading the way as the top scorer of the entire season, this finally might be my season! And to think that I was ready to call it quits prior to drafting!

I haven't had the best showing in the past seasons in this league and while I obviously still love watching the episodes, having my teams eliminated so early on and having nothing to root for really diminished my enthusiasm but it's now back in full force!

The last couple of episodes have been a bit of a snooze-fest with not many bonus points given away but I am still convinced that there's still a couple of hookup points coming up between CT and Diem and since they're both on my team, that means double points. I keep telling myself to not get TOO excited as anything can still happen but if you couldn't tell yet, I'm just so elated and relishing in being relevant this season.

Hopefully once I've stopped gushing about my potential to win, I'll find the time to write a proper post but for now this will have to do. I just hope the big CT and Wes fight they they previewed isn't anything too serious.

On another note, is it odd that I still secretly hope and really want to see CT and Diem get back together?
