jon has already blogged about the dice episode but i just wanted to put in my two cents also. how lame was it that shauvon just up and quit and didn't even try and basically just gave in to sarah (who is making her way onto my shit list). i mean if someone on my team pulled me aside right before i'm about to go into the gulag and asks me to quit "for the good of my team" i'd like to think i have it in me to tell her to fuck off (esp after she screamed at me after the challenge) and then come back from the gulag to make her life miserable. sure do i think it sucks that shauvon couldn't jump and in turn her whole team got disqualfied? of course i do and i would be pretty pissed too. but i think there's a huge difference between someone who just doesn't try versus someone who is genuinely scared and fearful for her personal safety and just can not do it. i give abram a little more respect for having the decency to be able to tell that she genuinely had terror in her eyes and knew not to push it. it was enough she put herself up for elimination and voted herself in and that should of been enough.
sarah has slowly turned into a cocky little sucker and i don't like it. sadly for shauvon she didn't do herself any favors by quitting and only proving sarah right and she doesn't deserve a chance to come back on any future challenges.
so that's my two cents on that and did you guys see the scratches on abram when he was talking with shauvon that he got from cara maria? yes yes i know they're "love scratches" but seriously? how do you even get scratches like that or am i just not in the know about something? and yes my team has been pretty boring this season but it's fine by me as long as they keep racking up the points. maybe pete has calmed jenn down but i did see in one of the previews that she gets into a verbal fight at some point with luke so i know that fiesty is still in there. just give it time
