Wicked Witch

well this was a tough week for me. i was riding on such a high with brandon winning the gulag over and over again (i hate the red team btw but more on that later) but this week i suffered not just losing one of my players but two (including my highest scorer). now that brandon is gone it's going to be interesting to see which red guy is going to get thrown into the next gulag and while i know it won't happen i'm hoping it will be brad.

of course the biggest storyline of this episode was just how dysfunctional the red team is. while they may have the most players (although not by much after this episode), the fact that brad and tori totally dominate the team and everyone just follows them faithfully is just so sad to watch. and poor camila. while she certainly isn't the brightest in offering up to brad that she voted for him (as laurel said, why camila why?) but i do have to feel bad for her in that while she didn't do anything wrong, to see her so confused and apologizing about her vote to brad/tori and try to explain herself to paula is just heartbreaking. i just wish she could stand up for herself a little more and same for brandon. why didn't he refuse to take the lead in the challenge and get another guy to step up instead of just accepting everything they told him to do like a limp dog. speak up people!

so who have i deemed to be my new wicked witch for this season? last season it was laurel but that has now moved on to ...tori! what a bitch in trying to intimidate camila and without brad she's nothing and prior to this episode, i actually was quite fond of her. and does anyone else notice that she has a case of the bug eyes and creates this evil look whenever she squints her eyebrows and forehead which is pretty much all the time. it must be something about the eyes...laurel had crazy eyes and now tori with the bug eyes.

looking at the previews for what's coming up in future episodes, this season seems to only be getting more interesting. i see a lot of people with blood on their faces which makes me a little squeamish but finally ct will make an appearance and the real competition can begin and let's start by knocking out the wicked witch so i can sing ding dong the wicked witch! the wicked witch....you know the rest.

and oh i forgot to mention just how much i loved it when jen and paula got into the argument. paula to me is probably one of the most useless people on this challenge (why does she keep coming back?) and i love that jen is putting her in her place. i knew that feisty was in there!
