The camaraderie of this last episode, and in fact season, has been quite surprising to me. CT and Johnny trying to convince Ty to stay? Paula trying to explain Emily’s actions to Ty? It feels like this happens every episode, with my favorite being when Paula jumped into the pool after Camilla to talk her down. Where is the back-stabbing? Where is the two-timing? Is this not going on or the editors just not choosing to show it?
This week’s episode also finally touched on a topic I had been wondering about for a while—why hasn’t any power couple thrown CT and Diem into the dome? They seem like a couple that you wouldn’t want around in the finals given CT’s athletic prowess, and yet nobody has sent them in. Johnny alluded to working together this season, although whether they have a “formal” alliance is unknown. Otherwise, why wouldn’t a team send them in, especially during those times when CT and Diem were fighting, which could have decreased their ability to win? Perhaps this mystery will further unravel over the next episode, when we see who CT and Diem pick to go into the dome.

I think they need new blood. Too many vets! Bring on some Fresh Meat who will go crazy and backstab. They have too many pre-alliances going in! I don't like it. This season has been so veteran heavy.
With the CT thing, I suspect all the girls like Diem too much and all the guys fear CT. She's using her "I had cancer" card! Maybe they are all hoping they can get the two of them back together if they just keep them around long enough.
I agree with your assessment....How come no pts awarded for Camilla throwing up or for getting teary eyed during that first couple mins of the shower before the flashed back to 2 days earlier.
