Final Standings

1. HT (53 pts)
With four of her five players having made it to the end, HT dominated this season like the late Nineties 72-10 Chicago Bulls. There was no doubt who would win our championship and HT even said that she "lost interest due to lack of competition. The Michael Jordan of her team ended up being Susie, who scored more than any other player and was an absolute draft day steal in Round 3. With Johnny, Evan, and Sarah surrounding her star, HT was pretty much unstoppable. Even her "weak link," Cohutta, won two Ruins and was a fan favorite.

HT did make the mistake of dropping a From the Master's Mind column (written a month ago when she was starting to distance herself from the other teams), informing us of how she drafted, and thus exposing her secrets for next season. Wait till next year HT, you're going down!

2. Victor (31 pts)
Our dedicated score keeper and prolific blogger, Victor gambled on his man crush, Wes, with his first round pick. Wes threatened to throw challenges but ended up getting tossed by Cohutta pretty early on. The good news is that Victor had his consolation prize, Kelly Anne, who survived a few Ruins, made it to the finals, and established herself as a strong competitor for future challenges. I contend that she really let Sarah down with her lack of balance but it's hard to fault her because she was dubbed, "The Femmebot." Victor's other huge asset was Casey, who was so bad I'm convinced she was throwing challenges because no human in somewhat decent shape could be so unathletic. She did end up scoring seven points though so she was a huge part of the reason for Victor's second place finish. Well played sir.

3. Jon (27 pts)
After drafting the most boring team on the planet, and being stuck with Shauvon (who left without scoring a single point due to boob poppage) Jon managed to sneak into third place because his team actually advanced pretty far. Ibis was the only person to go early and Derrick, Brad, and Kimberly all had good showings. However, only one of Jon's players went into the Ruins and that meant there was no drama on this vanilla team. Next year I'm drafting drama and violence. Oh wait, Brad got beat up, that was kind of dramatic.

4. Yasmine (26 pts)
After talking a big game from the beginning, Yasmine managed to beat out George for fourth place. "Beat out" is a relative term though. With Brianna and Katie quickly exiting the stage, Yasmine was left with her man hunk Kenny to pull the rest of the team along. Johanna lost motivation and basically quit, Darrell made the most expensive mistake in Challenge history, and Kenny, well, Kenny proved he was a total asshole.

5. George (13 pts)
There's not much to say here. All her players were eliminated by WK6 so she had half the season to sit around and watch The Real Housewives. When your first round pick, and the entire first pick of the draft, leaves before scoring a point, that's not good news. George will be back though, because she's competitive and can't stand losing on something like this. But man, finishing with only half as many points as the next best team? Wow. Epic fail.

I contend that KellyAnne's lack of balance was due to her bodily augmentation! Haha.

Great great great, and well done sir! This was FUN.

Congrats HT.

Thank you, thank you! :) Should I email Jon my address?
I'm listening to this podcast right now. Wish I could have been there! I'd like to add some factoids. Evan went to Cornell on a hockey scholarship. Suzie is married and she's working towards her doctorate in religious studies.
I think I have some more draft tips up my sleeve, though it's going to be more difficult to apply them to the Fresh Meat.

HT, you can not retire after you win once! That is liking winning the first pot at texas with friends, and then walking away with their money...informal conventions dictate that the winner must play until the losers abdicate!!

I didn't think it was possible for someone to "outgeek" me when comes to obscure(and questionably useful) MTV RR/RW Challenge knowledge but I have to tip my cap. Well done.

Uno mas! Por favor!

HT has proven time and time again that her RW/RR knowledge is crazy deep. ANd she won't be backing out next year, she must defend her title. She must!

Thanks all for playing!
