Week 8 Scores

With a monster week, Victor asserts his position at the top, even while losing one of his top players. Paula may be gone but she left with a big five points, vaulting Victor eight points ahead of Kim, with one (or two?) episodes left to go. However, after this next week's Dome, he'll be down to just one player, as either Johnny or Robin is slated to be tossed. That means Kim will make up at least five points just on the strength of Diem and Ty making the finals. Whew! It's going to be real tight and if MTV gives us another "to be continued," it could mean Victor and Kim are pretty much exactly tied. Please double check my math because literally every point counts!

In our annual Race of the Yangs, George is creeping up on Jon, trailing by just two little points -- much like the margin of minutes between our births. If Mark can win the Dome, he could help George surge into the lead for control of the family name.

Scoring Notes: Pretty straightforward this week, with the exception of Paula crying. We decided to give her the points on the strength of photo 1 and 2, which show her post-elimination wiping away her eyes -- much like Ty - and a few hard sniffle sounds. Shaky but with precedence set, we're awarding it!
